Phillip is a seasoned executive who founded Mann&Noble following 20 years of successfully building businesses across various industries. Phillip founded and still runs Australian Beverage Holdings (ABH), one of Australia’s largest independent beverage companies after acquiring the Pureau water brand in 2004. He maintains responsibility for the strategic direction of Mann&Noble, creating the platform for the Group’s vision of being Australia’s leading branded goods sales and marketing organisation.
Under Phillip’s stewardship and through growing the brands we represent, the Mann&Noble Group was ranked in the top 10 fasting growing companies, by Australia’s leading business publication, Business Review Weekly.
Prior to Mann&Noble and ABH, Phillip founded and ran Global Development Corp, an investment banking advisory group.
Rob is responsible for establishing and delivering the financial strategy of Mann&Noble internationally. On a day-to-day basis Rob heads up Mann&Noble’s Sydney finance, fulfilment, and procurement teams.
Rob sets the KPIs by which Mann&Noble “Executes with Excellence”. He works internally with his colleagues and externally with brand owners, creating and delivering joint business plans to grow the brands Mann&Noble represents.
Rob is chartered Accountant spending 9 years with PwC London specialising in acquisition due diligence and debt raising and has over 20 years’ experience delivering profitable growth with a variety of companies, from start-ups to entities with AS$1 billion turnover; both here and in the UK.
Scott is the current Commercial Sales Manager for Mann & Noble IOS, he is leading our National Visual Merchandising Team and Account Management of our key Retailers.
Scott has more than 20 years of sales and strategy experience in the FMCG industry. He has a demonstrated track record in the development and implementation of business plans for large global brands, exceeding internal sales revenue targets and driving category growth for retail partners.
He likes to understand the consumer, the shopper and the retailer to develop these plans, and to coach and develop people and teams to help deliver the results.
Shane is a Senior Executive with 20+ years of supply chain, operational and project management experience globally across international supply chains, logistics operations, transport and warehouse management and freight forwarding.
Proficient at driving process optimisation and business transformation in his current role as General Manager at Mann & Noble IOS.

After spending almost 10 years working in some of Australia”s most impressive luxury hotels, Anthony started his own business in the wholesale supply of hospitality equipment back in to the industry. His experience as a hotel financial controller allows him a deeper insight into the requirements, operational challenges and budgetary restraints associated with opening and running a hotel.
In the past 10 years, Anthony has been involved with the opening and ongoing supply of operational equipment in to some of Australia’s most iconic new hotels and now that his once small business has merged to form Cre8Global, he looks forward to an exciting period ahead and hospitality industry in Australia.
