M&N IOS New Distribution Center

The Mann&Noble Integrated Outsourced Services (IOS) has relocated its primary Australian Distribution Centre to a new 6800 sqm Goodman freestanding facility and office complex in Quarry Road Erskine Park, Sydney to help accommodate significant business growth. The new facility incorporates 6,100 sqm freestanding warehouse, 740 sqm of office space over 2 floors, access via 5 on-grade roller shutters, 2 recessed docks, all weather loading awning and has a 11.5m internal clearance height. The move has come after significant growth in the Procter & Gamble, SharkNinja and One Stop Solar panel businesses necessitating the need for additional storage and staging areas.

Rob Harris, Mann&Noble Groups Chief Finance & Operations Officer said, “given the significant growth in the Mann&Noble Retail & Integrated Outsources Services businesses we have invested to deliver on our vision of increasing access for the world’s consumers to high quality, great value brands. We have invested to build distribution capacity of both the direct-to-store business but also to accommodate the exponential growth in our e-commerce service offering. We are very proud of the fact that we have helped several clients design and execute sales and marketing strategies that have worked which has then necessitated us building distribution capacity. As long as shoppers & consumers keep loving the brands we represent we will keep building capacity”.
